I HATE going to the dentist, and I have a horrible habit of putting it off for way too long. I went in for the first time today, and I was extremely pleased. The woman who works in the front (I'm horrible with names) was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and kind. My hygienist, Mckayla (I think??) was also gentle, kind, and easy to talk to. The dentist himself was incredible. I had two "inlays" done (kind of like crowns), and I was bracing for hideous pain, but I barely felt a thing. The dentist was also very concerned about my pain level, and he kept asking me if I was okay. I was in there for a long time because of the work I needed, and my hygienist and dentist were both extremely accommodating and patient with me even though I had some trouble keeping my tongue out of the way. I was presented with a thorough treatment plan, and everyone who touched me or interacted with me explained exactly what they were doing and why. As someone who absolutely despises going to the dentist, this was the best experience I possibly could have asked for. I've dealt with other dentists who just want to gouge my insurance, but that was not the vibe I got here at all. Furthermore, they have the equipment on site to make crowns and inlays, so they can fix you up in the same day. This place is incredible, and I'm a customer for as long as I am living in the Phoenix area.
